Robert H. "Tad" Jeffrey (1929 - 2016)
Robert H. "Tad" Jeffrey was a graduate of Williams College and the Harvard Business School. He began working for the Jeffrey Company in 1956, and was president and CEO when it became an investment company in 1974, following the sale (for mostly cash) of its operating assets to Dresser Industries. He retired as chairman of the Company in 1999.

Jim Garland
Jim Garland is a graduate of Bowdoin College, was at one time a Registered Maine Guide, and served as president of The Jeffrey Company from 1995 to September 2012.
